Terms & Policies

REturn POLICIES:

All sales for yoga class passes are final – no refunds.  5 and 10 class packages expire three month from date of purchase – no exceptions.  All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Single Class and Class Packages:

You must cancel your class 12 hours or more prior to class start time. Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account for use at a future date. If you late-cancel less than 12 hours prior to class start time, you will be charged the full amount of a single class.

NO-SHOWS :

Single Class and Class Packages:

If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will still be deducted from your account.

Private, Semi Private and Couples Yoga: 

You must cancel 24 hours or more in advance of your class. If you late-cancel less than 24 hours before class starts,  your account will be billed .

CHECK-IN:

Please arrive 15 minutes early as to ensure enough time to check in and settle on your mat.  If you have not checked-in 2 minutes prior to class start time, your spot will be given to a fellow yogi on the waitlist.

FACILITIES:

We suggest you do not bring any valuables into the yoga studio, as we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

All services purchased from BYoga Haus must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by the way of completing a Health Waiver Form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. Furthermore, all applicants release BYoga Haus, its owners and all employees of all liability regarding any injury to self or child. In order to ensure an appropriate and relaxing environment and experience for all of our Guests, Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.  The parent/guardian must also provide written consent before any services commence.
